SLPD & MBA Degree
Current SLPD students will be eligible to enroll in the second-degree option during their final semester of the SLPD program or when they have 6 or more credits remaining. The second degree MBA must be completed within 3 years of completing the Moravian SLPD. Students will have the option to enroll in an MBA or a Healthcare MBA.The MBA option requires 12 courses for completion. Six of the courses from the SLPD will be counted towards the 12 required. These course are:
- SLP 813: Quantitative Research
- SLP 811: Qualitative Research
- SLP 814: Professional Communication and Dissemination
- SLP 900: Contemporary Topics in Professional Ethics
- SLP 901: Culturally Responsive Practices in Speech-language Pathology
- SLP 903: Effective Clinical Supervision in Professional Settings
The additional courses are listed below. Students are subject to the School of Professional Studies and Innovation (SPSI) tuition, fees, and policies when enrolled in these courses.
